The VENTA pneumatic seed drill celebrates its 30th anniversary!

Thirty years ago, the VENTA pneumatic seed drills made their debut in the fields. They made agricultural history by offering a revolutionary, compact tool capable of working the soil and seeding in a single pass. Over the years, these seed drills have evolved, and the range has expanded to meet changing agricultural practices. Today, they continue to be passed down from generation to generation, creating many shared moments and memories.

The evolution of VENTA seed drills:

a journey through innovation

VENTA AL: groundbreaking loading!

The VENTA AL seed drill, a silver medallist at SIMA, made a strong impression thanks to its mobile hopper offering a comfortable and innovative loading solution. This model, equipped with Suffolk coulters, was particularly appreciated for allowing seeding in difficult conditions. The FLEXIDRILL seeding units, consisting of Suffolk coulters and a rotor with paddles, quickly became available to facilitate passage in the presence of residue.

VENTA 1000 & 100: an optimal comfort

User comfort was given top priority. It takes less than 10 minutes to hitch or unitch the seed drill which is directly coupled to the chassis of the power harrow, offering numerous advantages in terms of maneuverability, work quality and ease of adjustment. Seeding is now managed via the VT 30 terminal or an ISOBUS terminal for precision farming! The difference between the 100 & 1000 ranges? Their size. The VENTA 100 series is characterized by its compactness and light weight while the VENTA 1000 series offers a larger capacity.

We thank everyone who has contributed to the history and success of the VENTA. Together, let's continue this wonderful adventure!
