Technical Innovation Award-winning innovations from KUHN at EIMA 2024
KUHN will attend EIMA International 2024 in Bologna, the most important international exhibition for agricultural machinery in Italy, with many new products and services. Main focus of KUHN’s presence at EIMA is ‘connectivity and high machine performance’, as well as the great operator comfort and ease of use of our solutions.
It is thanks to our focus on innovation and technology, that KUHN has won two Technical Innovation awards: one for KUHN Baler Automation introduced on VB 7100 variable chamber round balers, and one for Smart Soil Technology (SST), the solution that turns 6 and 7.5m KUHN OPTIMER independent disc harrows into ISOBUS machines.
These innovations were considered award-worthy due to their high degree of technology, level of innovation and ability to make field work more effective and efficient.

KUHN VB 7100 series: the first Section Controlled* balers in the world with a GPS automated pick-up. Technological innovation for comfort and precision when stubble ploughing
The OPTIMER 6 and 7.5 metre independent disc cultivators have been upgraded to ISOBUS. This development, known as SMART SOIL TECHNOLOGY (SST), offers users much greater working comfort.
