Precision at the service of versatility

Electronic groundspeed related application rate adjustment (DPAE)

You can regulate the flow of spread product according to the groundspeed of your tractor-spreader unit. Thanks to the "DPAE" regulation, you benefit from a metering adapted and respected regardless of your speed. You can easily work at a higher speed and benefit from a higher work output with peace of mind.

Regular and uniform flow ensured

The special agitation system improves the flow of sticky products. Even products such as wet salt and sand flow evenly over the spreading disc. The spreading disc is equipped with eight pallets for a uniform distribution even at high speeds.

Controlled border precision

In addition to stainless steel deflectors, KUHN offers control of the metering and drop point for right-side spraying by a simple lever. This prevents overdose when spreading along grassy sidewalks or car parking ares covered in grass; while maintaining an optimal distribution over the entire working width.

Easy drop point adjustment for perfect distribution with the AXEO salt and sand spreader

Adjust the drop point easily for a perfect distribution

For optimal distribution of different products (salt, sand, gravel, fertiliser), you can adjust the drop point on the disc. Simply rotate the base to get the ideal lateral distribution of the product. DFC proportional graduation makes it easy to adjust the application rate. We also ensure increased servide life owing to the base iwhich is made of stainless steel.

Working width easily adjustable

Stainless steel deflectors regulate the spraying width up to eight metres (depending on the product). They are easily adjustable and removable for cleaning. Take advantage of the ability to adjust them individually to the left or right to optimize the product distribution.

With a maximum load of 1800 kg, the chassis of the AXEO 18.1 will carry a large quantity of product to be spread because of its large capacity hopper of up to 1500 l. Thanks to its high capacity, the spreading range increases while the number of trips to resupply decreases.

A standard filtering sieve In the hopper limits the risk of introducing blocks that can clog the flow outlet. A security lock avoids unexpected openings.
