Tine height and rotor pitch angle
The tine height and rotor pitch angle are quickly optimised for both tedding and raking by adjusting the wheel columns and the tractor’s top link to obtain the desired setting. For tedding the wheels are lowered and the top link is shortened to acheive an optimal crop pick-up and maximal crop movement. For raking, the wheels have to be set in a higher position and the top link lengthened so the machine is in a horizontal positon, resulting in a clean and evenly formed swath.
