Your benefits

A stable, easy-to-handle machine

Robust, durable frame

The products used in sprayers can be highly corrosive, and even small traces of rust can damage the frame. With its galvanized coating, the frame is fully protected against corrosion, delivering enhanced durability and reliability for your work in vineyards and orchards.

Stay balanced!

The 3-in-1 tank is designed for optimum ergonomics and outstanding stability. The three polyethylene tanks (main tank, clean water tank and hand-washing tank) are symetrical and fit together seamlessly. This design ensures balanced operation, whether in transport or during use. Stability is maintained, regardless of tank volumes.

Wheels for all conditions

The wheels on KUHN's vineyard and orchard sprayers offer maximum flexibility. On dry ground, "standard" wheels are perfect. For wet or soft soils prone to sinking, wide or low-pressure wheels are recommended. These wheels reduce ground pressure, minimizing compaction between rows. What's more, wide wheels enhance machine stability on sloping terrain.

Rear Air Suction: High Airflow !

Rear air suction draws air from behind the sprayer, providing high airflow capacity that generates a large volume of air.
This feature enhances the distribution of the sprayed product, ensuring wider and higher coverage as well as increased work output. This system is particularly beneficial on sprayers with round fan, where it helps to maximize performance.

R-75 and R-85 fans

The PDF 2 sprayer features a 750 or 850 mm diameter round rear-suction fan. It sprays the whole tree, including any branches above the machine. This versatility also makes this fan an excellent choice for trellised orchards, such as vineyards or apple orchards.

Variable-tilt blades and a two-speed multiplier adapt the amount of air generated to the trees' growth stage, for optimized spraying. Air deflectors and air straighteners ensure a uniform air flow directed at the target. The PDF 2 sprayer features a two-speed gearbox with neutral to adjust the required air flow for proper spraying. Furthermore, a clutch protects the fan from possible impacts.

V-85 fan

The PDF 2 sprayer can be fitted with a V-85 fan: a "V-shape" which includes an 850 mm-diameter rear-suction fan, increasing suction and air volume capacity. A "V-shape" fan directs the airflow and the product towards the target, while the variable-tilt blades and two-speed multiplier can adjust the amount of air generated according to the trees' growth stage. Standard air deflectors and air straighteners ensure a uniform, well-directed airflow. A clutch is also available to protect the fan from possible impacts.

Simplified workstation

The PDF 2 sprayer features a loading station with just 4 valves for straightforward operation. This user-friendly design ensures quick and efficient use. What's more, the pump is positioned at the front of the machine for easy access, streamlining maintenance tasks.

Anti-clogging spray processes

The ANTIS 2 sprayer features three basic filtration levels: a sieve filter, a suction filter and a pressure filter. This multiple filtration system greatly reduces the risk of clogging nozzles and pipes, delivering optimum performance and low maintenance.

Manual regulation with electric section control

The manual regulation adjusts the flow rate according to the engine speed. The operator can adjust the pressure with a dial, and there is an in-cab control unit to open and close each section electronically.

Equipment

A range of optional equipment is also available to support user comfort and/or performance. The result is a machine perfectly tailored to the needs of each individual application.
