OPTIS sprayers were designed from a simple and robust structure. They are intended for livestock, multi-crop and market gardening farms. They come with numerous accessories as standard to ensure that good spraying practices, standards and legislation are complied with.

One-piece, welded chassis

The structure of the OPTIS sprayer consists of a one-piece steel chassis. This key component offers durability and maximum service life.

Lightweight and functional polyethylene tank

The polyethylene tank stands out by its simple shape and lightweight design, which results in a lightweight sprayer. Also, its shape ensures complete draining and easy rinsing.

Booms which adapt to all your needs

Two steel boom models from 9 to 16 metres, with manual unfolding, can be adapted to all requirements. Their proven design provides robustness and durability even under heavy use. Simple and fast, two- or three-arm rear-folding boom.

Integral protection of spray nozzles

The spray tubes are made of stainless steel, guaranteeing protection against corrosion and the perfect spacing of the nozzles. Each nozzle, regardless of its size or shape, is protected from obstacles by the boom's structure.

Simple design and easy to use

The controls are grouped together on one side of the machine and are easy to use.

Intuitive operation

The OPTIS sprayer's controls are grouped on an ergonomic panel with the minimum number of valves. This facilitates handling and avoids any operating errors. The filters (filling/intake/spraying) and the pump are highly accessible, ensuring easier maintenance.

Manual DPM regulation

Manual DPM regulation is a simple and economical solution to control spraying operations. The valves are positioned close to the tractor and easily accessible.

The remote controls allow you to control spraying (opening/closing) over the entire length of the boom, the sections and also the pressure adjustment.

DPF electric DPM regulation

The DPF electric regulation provides operational comfort, allowing the operator to control the sprayer directly from the cab via a DPF control unit (opening/closing/pressure adjustment)

25-litre crop protection product induction bowl

Easy incorporation of products

Equipped with a rinsing boom and a container rinser, it allows crop protection products to be quickly and safely incorporated into the main tank.

100-litre rinsing tank, located at the top of the main tank

Rinsing of the main tank with a rotary nozzle

Fully integrated into the sprayer, it has a capacity of 100 litres. The central rotary washer performs a quick and efficient rinse of the main tank.

Kit for cleaning the sprayer in the field

For cleaning the sprayer in the field, an automatic 15-m reel with spray lance is installed near the boom.

Side storage locker

Side storage locker for PPE, control box, accessories, etc.

Fill hose and suction coupling

Used for filling the main tank with the pump.

Automatic hitching system

With three-point hitching frame and stand, it considerably reduces hitching time and simplifies equipment connections.

9 to 12-metre steel boom

Steel boom with manual unfolding, available in 9, 10 and 12 metres. Its design is simple and proven with spring-loaded boom safety devices, suspension and optional lifting winch.

Steel boom with manual unfolding, available in 12, 15 and 16 metres. Its design is simple and proven with spring-loaded boom safety devices, suspension and lifting winch as standard. Hydraulic winch and hydraulic tilt corrector as optional equipment.

DPAE electronic regulation with RPB unit

The RPB unit automatically adapts the sprayer output according to the tractor's speed, offering optimal comfort and precision. It permanently displays the flow rate (l/ha), speed and working pressure.
